Thailand and Cambodia

Tremendous temples and blissful beaches

Looking to combine these two wonderful, neighbouring countries in a relatively short space of time? Well this is the trip for you! This trip blends the vibrance of Bangkok, the vast temple ruins at Angkor, the historical attractions and all-round allure of Phnom Penh and the stunning appeal of the bountiful island of Koh Phangan. In addition to all of this, you'll travel twice by night train. Not only does this give you a  real insight into the lives of the regular Thai people but it frees up more daylight hours for us to fully enjoy Thailand and Cambodia!
Thailand and Cambodia
  • • Bangkok Bangkok has something going on everywhere you look! Ride on the Chao Phraya river, visit the Grand Palace, experience a cultural show or cycle your way around the canals! «
  • • Koh Phangan Largely associated to the once-monthly ''Full moon parties'' but there is much more to this pretty isle. There are still quiet beaches to be found with lovely white sands and shallows condusive to some fine snorkelling. «
  • • Angkor Visit the widespread temple ruins at Angkor. You ll need a good full 2 days to properly explore. There are 110 temples of which Angkor Wat and Angkor Thom are the most well known. «
  • • Night-train We take the night train twice on this trip- always an experience in Thailand- watch the scenery go by and meet some local people to help while away the time! «
  • • Phnom Penh This trendy, dazzling new city is shaking off its' tragic past. Witness the buddha at Wat Pra Keo decorated heavily in gold, silver and diamonds. The Russian market is interesting to look around and sells all kinds of articles such as crafts and jewellery. «
