Jaipur - Amber Fort
During this excursion to the Amber fort photo stops are made at the Jal Mahal (Water Palace) and the Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds). At the end of the tour participants are dropped off at the City Palace.

Jodhpur - Bishnoi Village
With a jeep ride through the countryside and visit several villages of the Bishnoi. This tribe follows the teachings of their guru Jambaji whose 29 principles include not killing animals and not cutting green trees. The Bishnoi were appointed five centuries ago by the maharajas to protect rare wildlife. These 29 doctrines also declare their name: "bees" means 20, "nau" means 9. The Bishnoi worship nature in all forms and are strictly vegetarian. However they use buffalo, sheep and goats, but only for the milk, wool and manure. The latter as fuel and building materials for their homes. Unlike most Hindus they bury their dead instead of cremating them. Bishnoi men are recognizable by the white dress and white turban (a turban is good for seven meters of laundry). The women from the fan-shaped nose rings, anklets and large metal bracelets. You will see an opium ceremony (demonstration), local artisans and maybe the black buck antelope, and spotted deer.

Nawalgarh - Bicycle Tour

Varanasi - Ramnagar Fort and Ganga Aarti
Ramnagar Fort is the former and current residence of the Maharaja of Kashi. It lies on the banks of the Ganges, opposite the city of Varanasi. The main attraction at the fort is the Durbar Hall or the audience hall. The architecture in this room is a mix of Indian and Islamic elements. The fort is well maintained and dates from the 17th century. The part of the palace where the family of the Maharaja lives is not accessible to tourists. However, the Ramnagar Fort Museum will be visited. In this museum you can view various pieces formerly owned by the nobility, such as silver elephant saddles, arms, furniture and costumes. On the way, we attend the Ganga Aarti - a ritual service on the bank of the Ganges.

Bikaner - Karni Mata (Rat Temple) and Dromedary Farm
Karni Mata (Rat Temple) is about 48 km from Bikaner. The local saint Karni Mata lived in the 15th century. Karni Mata is seen as an incarnation of the goddess Durga. Besides the goddess, the temple is inhabited by large amounts of well-fed rats (called Kabas). These rats are worshipped.
At the Camel Farm the camels are bred. It is the largest dromedary farm in Asia. It is impressive to see hundreds of camels in the afternoon return from grazing.
